Jeph Maystruck is a dynamic marketing professional and entrepreneur who co-founded StratLab in Regina, Saskatchewan, 13 years ago. A keynote speaker known for challenging conventional thinking, he has made significant contributions to marketing education by teaching at Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the University of Regina. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeph founded Big Idea Camp, which has spent a decade inspiring young minds. While he excels in marketing, social media, and storytelling, he considers his most important role to be a father to his two children, aged three and six.

Outside of work, Barb enjoys cheering at hockey games, weightlifting, and training with the Regina Masters swim team for Nationals in May 2025.

He has also completed numerous executive courses in the fields of marketing, management and mergers and acquisitions at Richard Ivey School of Business, Queens University, North Western University and Harvard University. Having developed real world expertise in Marketing, Financial Management, and Sales -Wayne now teaches other business owners how to be more profitable through Be Wise Academy.
