Three tiers. Silver is default — apply and you're in once we verify the basics. Gold is offered after volume + history support it (typically a season or two of consistent multi-line spend). Platinum is reserved for established multi-crew builders with consistent multi-line volume across composite, railing, framing, and hardscape. Tier reviews happen quarterly. Every dollar across every line we stock counts toward the next tier — composite (Eva-Last, Trex, Fiberon, Deckorators), aluminum railing (Fortress AL13 Home, Vista, Regal Ideas), Evolution steel framing, hardscape, fasteners, lighting. [VERIFY] Specific spend thresholds are case-by-case during the program's Y1 — Shane sets per applicant. Standardized thresholds publish once volume scales.

Industry-friendly credit term. Every invoice we issue in a calendar month is due on the 15th of the following month. So an invoice dated April 5 is due May 15. An invoice dated April 28 is also due May 15. The cycle resets monthly — that's why it's more generous than typical Net-30 (where each invoice has its own clock). On approved credit. Until your credit account is approved, accounts run on credit-card-on-file or COD pickup.

A Managed Install lead is a homeowner who has already (1) walked the TUDS yard, (2) picked a tier and material spec with one of our Escape Artists, and (3) accepted a project budget range. The materials list is locked. The customer is ready to hire. You're bidding the labour, not the dream. We assign one TUDS PRO contractor per job — no four-way bidding war. Region- and capacity-matched. Gold tier and above only. Platinum gets capacity priority on the bigger jobs.

TUDS-X is our annual contractor expo — vendor demos (Eva-Last, Trex, Fortress, Regal Ideas, hardscape brands), education sessions on install detailing + warranty compliance, and networking with the rest of the TUDS PRO contractor base. Members-only invite. All three tiers get it; Platinum gets priority seating at the deeper sessions. [VERIFY] Shane to confirm 2026 date — typically late winter so you've got specs locked before deck season ramps. No other dealer in the prairies runs an event like this.

Platinum-tier exclusive. We wind the truck through your customer's gate, around the house, and stage materials within steps of where you're framing. The catch is access — we need a gate wide enough for the flatbed (or pre-arrangement to break the load down) and ground that won't bog down the trailer. [VERIFY] Specific service-area radius is case-by-case based on the project location. We tell you straight before the load goes out, so you're not surprised on delivery day. Also: backyard delivery doesn't replace the free-local-delivery threshold — it's an upgraded service applied on top, available to Platinum members regardless of order size.

Yes — orders over $3,500 (pre-tax, materials only) get free local delivery within TUDS service area. Applies to all three tiers. Local = Saskatoon + Regina + immediate surrounding area; further deliveries are quoted at cost. Per memory feedback_delivery_pricing_honest.md, we don't offer free shipping on LTL or oversized items outside the local-delivery zone — long-haul freight is always quoted at cost so the price you see matches the price you pay. [VERIFY] Specific local-delivery radius is set per-yard (Saskatoon yard + Regina yard) — call either yard to confirm your address falls inside.

Yes — and most of our members do. The three programs cover different scopes: TrexPro is Trex's manufacturer program (Trex pricing + TrexPro lead routing on Trex projects). Home Depot Pro Xtra is a national big-box loyalty + discount program (commodity-leaning). TUDS PRO is the multi-brand specialty-dealer program (every line we stock, counted toward one volume tier). Most TUDS PRO members keep their Pro Xtra account for two-by-fours and consumables, and TrexPro for the brand-specific Trex benefits — and run TUDS PRO for everything else. The three stack.

You don't apply for a tier upgrade — we offer it. Your spend across every line we stock is tracked on a rolling 12-month basis. Tier reviews happen quarterly. When your volume + history support the next tier (and there's track record on credit + project quality), Shane or Wade reaches out with the upgrade. The reverse can also happen: if a year of low volume rolls through, the tier reviews back down — but in practice, that's rare. The program is built to grow with working pros.
