IN STOCK ITEMS // Regularly stocked items may be returned for a FULL REFUND within 60 DAYS of the date of the invoice. Items must be in original, resellable condition, complete with retail packaging. Any items that have been cut, scratched, opened, partially used, or damaged in any other capacity are not eligible for return. Returns made after 60 DAYS but within the SAME CALENDAR YEAR (ending December 31) may be issued store credit at the discretion of the General Manager.
NON STOCK ITEMS // Non stocked Items which are displayed in store may be returned with a 20% RESTOCKING FEE within 60 DAYS of the date of the invoice. Items must be in original, resellable condition, complete with retail packaging. Returns made after 60 DAYS but within the SAME CALENDAR YEAR may be issued store credit at the discretion of the General Manager.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS // Items which are considered special order are FINAL SALE and not returnable for refund.
PRICING POLICY ON MATERIALS
BEST PRICE GUARANTEE // We will BEAT any local competitor’s ADVERTISED REGULAR PRICE on any in stock and identical item by 10% of the difference. For example, if a competitor's price is $9 on an item that we are at $10, the difference is $1. 10% of that would result in a price of $8.90. The competing price must be proved by the customer via a local flier, local advertisement, or local website listing. Copies of competitors quotes are not valid
We will MATCH any local competitor’s ADVERTISED SALE PRICE or QUOTED PRICE on any in stock and identical item. Pricing on competing quotes must be verified by The Ultimate Deck Shop.
PRICE PROTECT // If our price should change within 60 DAYS of your date of purchase on your invoice, we will issue a FULL REFUND of the difference. After 60 DAYS but within the SAME CALENDAR YEAR (ending December 31) will be issued a STORE CREDIT at the discretion of the General Manager. Only applies to original purchase of FULL RETAIL items and does NOT apply to items purchased at discounted pricing including, but not limited to, sale prices, contractor discounts, package deals, clearance items, or face of invoice discounts.
DAMAGED GOODS / ORDER ACCURACY POLICY
STRICTLY WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt of goods whether by pickup or delivery, please report any missing items, incorrect items, or damaged goods that you believe were provided to you in error that contain damage to the extent of being unusable. Please email photos of the damage to INFO@TUDS.ca. Any claims made AFTER 48 HOURS will be DENIED.
Delivery may be unloaded by hand, by tilt deck drop, or by forklift. Our delivery crews are trained to take the utmost care and in the unlikely event of property damage, are trained to report any and all incidents. The Ultimate Deck Shop is not responsible for any reasonable/temporary remains of the delivery such as tire tracks, fluid drips, minor scrapes as a result of machinery used to unload. Any major property damage must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS with photos of the damage and proof that our equipment caused the damage to INFO@TUDS.ca. Reports made after 48 hours will be DENIED. Placement of the goods is made as a best effort. A service call to move the goods once delivered will be charged a service fee.
