There was at the beginning some confusion regarding shipping details , the owner of the company actually phoned me on a Saturday morning of a long weekend and apologized and detailed what will be done to rectify the situation. You can’t ask for more personalized service ,The item arrived promptly afterwards exactly as described at half the price of other retailers.
