Kool-Ray I-Support Leg (2pk)

The I-Support Leg (2pk) is a small but essential support component for the Kool-Ray Pillar Glass Railing system. Each leg installs under the bottom glass channel at mid-section to prevent the rail from flexing under the weight of the tempered glass panel.

What's in the pack

• 2× I-Support Legs — colour-matched aluminum, stamped I-profile
• Sized to fit under the standard Pillar Glass Railing bottom channel

How many you need

One leg per glass section under 4' wide; two legs per section 4' or wider (one at the third points). The 2-pack covers a standard 4'-wide section, or a single wider section.

Why this matters

Tempered glass panels are heavy (a 5mm × 36.5" × 63" panel weighs ~25 lb). Without mid-span support, the bottom aluminum channel will sag visibly and stress the gasket retention over time. The I-Support Leg transfers the panel load straight to the deck surface.
